Job Description and Skill Set Required:

- Acquisition of new Client in Employee Background Verification and Staffing business
- Business Development through Cold Calling, Email Campaigns, Internet searches, Professional network and maintaining healthy pipeline of prospects.
- Handling Client queries and escalations
- Ensuring that all Client targets are being met as per SLA
- Identify requirements from customers and match the required Processes to convert the lead to hot/warm lead.
- Handling RFPs, Generating new Business Leads, Conducting prospect research, Developing & Delivering Corporate Presentations
- Identify and establish contact and maintain relationship with CEO/VP/Director/Head HR/Functional head level of prospect organizations and converting the same to business deals.
- Generating business from the Indian domestic market.
- Proficiency in Sales Force to manage the pipeline and maintain the Internal and Outbound sales activities
- Using Social Media to generate lead and create brand awareness
- Exploring and monitoring market trends to identify profitable business opportunities and developing new as well as existing clients.
