Salary:INR 1.8 LPA – 4.2 LPA (The final CTC will depend upon candidate’s performance in the interview and will be at the company’s discretion)

Course Specialization: B.E./B.Tech/MCA/MBA

Tentative date of joining: Post Completion of Final Semester Examination

Tentative date of interview: Will be communicated post registration window is closed.

* The shortlisted candidates will be sent Admit Cards/Call Letters on their registered mail Id, which they will need to, carry on the date of Interview. No candidate will be entertained by the company without the formal intimation from Aspiring Minds.

Job Description:
-Customer prospecting & leads generation.
-Servicing accounts, obtain orders, and establish new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedule to call on existing or potential sales leads.
-Finding prospects, following up on business opportunities and setting meetings.
-Preparing presentations.
-Developing customized targeted sales strategies.
-Responding to client requests for proposals (RFPs).
-Answering potential client questions and follow-up call questions.
-Creating and maintaining a list/database of prospect clients.
-Cold calling; making multiple outbound calls to potential clients.
-Understanding client needs and offering solutions and support.
-Meeting all quotas for cold, active, inactive calls, appointments, and interviews.
-Collaborating with management on sales goals, planning, and forecasting.

Skill Set Required:
-Must have excellent presentation, verbal and written communication skills.
-Excellent analytical and time-management skills.
-Persuasive and goal-oriented
-Possesses an energetic, outgoing, and friendly demeanor
-Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
-In-depth understanding of company services and its position in the industry
-Able to work accurately under stress and pressure to meet competing deadlines
-Ability to work independently or as an active member of a team

Interview Process:
-Written Test
-Face to face Interview(Multiple Rounds)
