Salary: INR 1.5 LPA To INR 3 LPA (The final CTC will depend upon candidate’s performance in the interview, experience and will be at the company’s discretion)

Job Description and Skill Set Required:

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Strong communication skills (oral and written).
- Knowledge of IT products such as Laptops, desktops, printers, scanners, copiers, storage, servers, networking devices etc is preferred.
- Learning and Never give up attitude. Dynamic, aggressive and self-motivated.
- Should have excellent customer handling and relationship management skills.
- Excellent and consistent track record of exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to work independently and manage end-to-end sales cycle.
- Two wheeler is mandatory.

Job Description
- Research and generate new leads and build a vast customer base.
- Educate the customers about new products and its features.
- Make Cold calls, meet clients, and develop database and a strong funnel of prospects.
- Develop a strong understanding of the customer’s pain areas and provide feasible options.
- Sniff the opportunities with the customers and suggest solutions which can optimize their IT assets.
- Aggressively follow up, forecast closures and work towards achieving monthly and quarterly targets.
- Coordinate with technical team for pre-sales (demonstrations, benchmarks) and post-sales technical requirements of customers.
- Ensure delivery of the committed to the customer within scheduled timelines.
- Ensure successful closure of all leads by end-to-end coordination, including scheduling calls, liaison with Business Partners and internal teams.
- Represent company in various conferences/meets/trade shows.
- Ideate newer ways of generating business and creating happier customers.
- Share feedback with the teams for improving the services.
