Profile/Designation - Business Development Executive

Location - Bangalore

Desired experience - Freshers

Course specialization - BE.B.Tech/MBA

Probation/Training Period - 3 Months Training followed by 6 Months Probation

Salary - Rs. 15,000 per month in hand + Expenses.

Post Probation CTC could go upto Rs. 3.0 LPA + Incentives depending upon candidates performance during the training period.

Job Description

To plan and carry out direct sales activities, build pipeline of customers so as to achieve the set revenue target. Constantly develop new business opportunities to cater to the business objective of the company.


  • Plan and carry out direct sales activities 
  • Create pipeline of customers 
  • Carry out market research, competitor and customer surveys. 
  • Interacting with principle companies
  • Identify business prospects through cold call methodology (telephone or direct calls) & drive them towards closure.
  • Arranging meetings with Enterprise customers to prospect for new business and pursue it with the help of next level manager
  • Gather information on entire IT Infrastructure set-up of customers, IT budget and plans for next 1 year and competition.
  • Maintains relationship with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new solutions.
  • Sending DSR to immediate reporting manager
  • Proper and timely reporting on area mapping, funnel and closures.
  • Upgrade professional and technical knowledge by attending various trainings programs
  • Contribute to the team effort by accomplishing given tasks and achieving the assigned target.

  • Knowledge in IT Infrastructure Productions/Solutions is an added plus
