Salary: INR 4 LPA to INR 6 LPA
(The final CTC will depend upon candidate’s performance in the interview and will be at the company discretion)

* The shortlisted candidates will be sent Admit Cards/Call Letters on their registered mail Id, which they will need to, carry on the date of Interview. No candidate will be entertained by the company without the formal intimation from Aspiring Minds.

Job Description & Skill Set Required:
- Prospect potential new clients and turn them into long-term clients.
- Cold-calling to ensure a robust pipeline of opportunities.
- Build and maintain relationship between HaloBee and Brand Managers/Store Managers/Marketing Managers of some of the biggest retail brands in the world.
- Plan approaches and pitches. Work with the team to develop proposals that address clients' needs, concerns, and objectives.
- Travel frequently and set up meetings - both, offline and online
- Minimum 1 year of experience in B2B sales.
- The necessary skills include good networking, persuasive conversationalist, ease with public speaking, strong research ability, motivation for sales, prospecting skills, identification of customer needs and challenges, meeting sales goals, professionalism and knowledge of Microsoft Office.
