Desired Experience: Fresher’s

Probation/Training Period: 3 month

Salary: INR 3 LPA ( 2.4 LPA(Fixed )+ 1 LPA (Variable))
(The final CTC will depend upon candidate’s performance in the interview and will be at the company discretion)

Course Specialization: Any Graduates

Tentative date of joining: Immediate

Tentative date of interview: Will be communicated post registration window is closed.

Job Description:
- New Business Development / sales calls with prospective clients (Cold calling), explaining our service offerings to them, Following up on a continuous basis
- Meet potential clients to present company AV
- Over see delivery of projects through our vendors

Skills Required:-
- Good communication skills to be able to deliver in cold calling formats
- Persistence & focus on continuous follow ups to eventually get meetings / business
- Systematic / organizational skills of carefully recording follow ups
- Self motivated & target oriented to deliver new business

Interview Process:
-Telephonic Round
-Multiple Face to Face Rounds
