Job location: Mulund, Mumbai (Travel will be an integral part of the job)

Salary: INR 2.25 LPA to INR 4 LPA + Variable

Course Specialization: Any Graduates BBA/MBA degree, specifically in Marketing would be preferred

Job Description:

The Executive – Business Development (Services) is responsible for generating, developing and winning sales opportunities in the designated markets / territories through direct sales and/or partner sales.

Responsibilities

- Generate, develop and win sales opportunities in the assigned markets / territories

-  Achieve partner acquisition targets for assigned market

- Assist the Directors in lead qualification, marketing inputs, setting up meetings etc

- Ensure sales process compliance through continuous updating of CRM

- Continuosly generate & update prospect lists through various mediums

- Prepare proposals / quotes and other sales/marketing collaterals as per need

Technical and Domain Skills

- Good understanding of the Electrical & Power Services market

- Previous experience in selling B2B products/solutions to large corporates or to partners would be an added advantage

Behavioural Skills

- Communication – Ability to articulate clearly in both verbal and written forms; understands others accurately; using listening and questioning to clarify. Customize communication according to audience.

- Selling skills – ability to understand customer needs and use effective persuasion/sales techniques to sell to customers.

- Influencing Skills – Ability to persuade others to change their perceptions or actions to suit overall purpose

Performance standards/Accountability

- Achievement of Partner Acquisition/Sales Targets

- Building of Contact lists of prospects in order to support marketing efforts

- X – Factor — Most importantly persons who are interested in working in a start-up kind of environment, and with a hunger for innovation and passion for creating something path breaking are needed.

- Multiple rounds of face to face interviews
