Salary: INR 1.2 LPA (During the Probation Period)
INR 1.44 LPA to INR 1.56 LPA (After Successful completion of the Probation Period)

Tentative date of Joining: Immediate

Tenative date of interview: Will be communicated post registration window is closed

Job Description and Skill set Required:
- Identifying new sales leads
- Pitching products and/or services
- Maintaining fruitful relationships with existing Clients.
- Day to Day duties include
- Effective search for international sales leads and prospects.
- Develop and maintain international business contacts.
- Developing action plans to penetrate international markets
- Dealing with International Clients.US,UK and Australia .
- In-house sales: Contact and work with clients, attend sales shows, representing company at events. - Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events.
- Bidding on Up Work, Craigslist and Freelancer.
- Requirement gathering.
- Should have good understanding of Websites, Types of websites, and the various platforms in the Market for developing websites and Mobile Applications.
- Preparing documents based on Project Requirement.
- Researching organizations and individuals online (especially on social media) to identify new leads and potential new markets through social networking sites like linkedin ,Facebook etc.
- Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives.
- Negotiating and renegotiating by phone, email skype calls.
- Developing sales goals and ensuring they are met.
- Demonstration of a consistent over-achievement of client acquisition and sales revenue target.
