Job Profile: Business Development Executive

Job location: Gurgaon

Desired Experience: 0-1 year

Probation / Training Period: 6 Months

Salary: INR 1.7 LPA – 2.2 LPA (depending on the candidate\'s experience and performance in interview)

Course Specialization: Any Graduate/Post Graduate

Tentative date of joining: Immediate

Tentative date of interview: Will be communicated post registration window is closed.

Job Description & Role & Responsibilities:-

New Business Development:

- Lead Generation from online research and market research. 

- Email Marketing and other kind of digital marketing to generate international leads.

- Identify potential clients

- Planning of approaches and pitches

- Building Relationships with the clients

- Use a variety of styles to persuade or negotiate appropriately.

- Meetings with the potential clients by growing, maintaining, and leveraging your network.

- Regular follow ups with potential leads 

- Sales Closures and Payment follow ups. 

- Handle objections by clarifying, emphasizing agreements and working through differences to a positive conclusion.

- Achieving at least the base targets of Sales set by the reporting manager. 

Client Retention

- Present new products and services and enhance existing relationships.

- Work with technical staff and other internal colleagues to meet customer needs

- Arrange and participate in internal and external client debriefs.

Management and Reporting:

- Submit progress reports and ensure data is accurate

- Ensure that data is accurately entered and managed within the company’s CRM or other sales management system company have been using. 

- Forecast sales targets and ensure they are met by the team.

- Track and record activity on accounts and help to close deals to meet these targets.

- Work with marketing staff to ensure that prerequisites (like prequalification or getting on a vendor list) are fulfilled within a timely manner.

Skills Required:-

- Good communication skills (verbal & written).

- Highly organized & self - starter.

- Ability to work under pressure & meeting the deadlines.

B.Tech/B.E., MBA, P.G.D.B.M.
