Batch Passout: 2017-2018

Salary: INR 1.8 LPA – INR 3 LPA
(The final CTC will depend upon candidate’s performance in the interview and will be at the company discretion)

Course Specialization: Any Graduate

Tentative date of interview: Will be communicated post registration window is closed.
* The shortlisted candidates will be sent Admit Cards/Call Letters on their registered mail Id, which they will need to, carry on the date of Interview. No candidate will be entertained by the company without the formal intimation from Aspiring Minds.

Job Description:
- Handling inbound calls & converting them into a sales call.
- Handling queries over calls, chats, email.
- Identify the need of the customer with respect to price or product demand, and accordingly start off counselling.  
- Follow up with the customers.
- Helping clients with travel planning, packages, stay, tickets as well as travel advice & information.
- Interacting with Agents for the best deals and availability.
- Making sure the best of the services are delivered and feedbacks are taken.
- He/ She will report directly to Assistant Manager - Business Development with the main responsibilities of ensuring the achievement of sales.
- Maintaining fruitful relationships with existing customers & Agents.
-General Indian Shift Timings.

- Good Technical Skills.
- Excellent selling attributes.
- CRM and Management Skills.
- Basic Mathematical Skills.
