Salary: INR 5000 During first 15 days Training
           INR 2.16 LPA First 6 months
           INR 2.52 LPA After 6 Months

NOTE:

Mandatory Requirement:
You will sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA), and be put on probation for 15 days after joining. The probationary period will be used for your training. After the 15 day training - the decision will be taken for your full time status. Your performance will be measured from the time your training commences - Day 1.

Full salary will commence after the probation period is over. Salary will not be paid for the probation period, and consolidated stipend of INR 5,000/- will be paid for the 15 days. After the satisfactory performance, the candidate will be made a full-time employee.

Service Agreement (SA):
A Service Agreement (SA) is being signed with the candidate - for a minimum of 12 months. This Service Agreement (SA) states that your full-time salary will have a deduction of INR 3,000 per month for the first 12 months.  Starting salary will be INR 18,000 (before tax) and after six months - based on performance/behaviour it can be increased to INR 21,000 (before tax).

Tentative date of joining: Immediate

Tentative date of interview: Will be communicated post registration window is closed.

* The shortlisted candidates will be sent Admit Cards/Call Letters on their registered mail Id, which they will need to, carry on the date of Interview. No candidate will be entertained by the company without the formal intimation from Aspiring Minds.

Job Description and Skill Set Required:
- This is a Business Development Associate profile where candidate will be responsible for responding to and converting leads generated through online methods of advertisement
- Explain our products to customers on phone and chat
- Send company profile and proposal
- Provide customers with online demo on how to use our products.
- Follow-up, negotiate and convert the leads in to sales.
- Maintain relationships with existing customers and help them update their packages
- Generate the revenue & accomplish Monthly,Quarterly, Yearly Target within specific time period
- Reporting to clients and co-ordination with development team
- Another part of the job is for lead generation through cold calling and Linkedin follow up.

Skill required:
- Candidate should be comfortable with Cold Calling.
- Excellent communication and logical reasoning skills.
- We need candidates who are graduates and post graduates and are  good at basic mathematical calculations. 
- Any exposure to online marketing, digital marketing, start ups is of added advantage. Any exposure to programming is also an added advantage.
