Job Description & Skill Set Required:
-Understand problems faced by the C suite in the hospitality and retail/grocery space.
-Leverage data and modeling techniques to deliver actionable insights.
-Deliver client ready presentation over the phone to senior leadership.
-Develop and enhance existing portfolio of Fishbowl analytics services and products.
-Knowledge or experience in Restaurant, Hospitality , Retail, Groceries Industries.
-Experience delivering analytic product and services to clients in one or more areas below.
-Pricing, Price Elasticity, Segmentation, Offer Optimization, Marketing Mix Modeling, Site/Location Selection.
-Experience with the following data sets.
-Point of Sale Transactional, Loyalty, Survey, Email response, Campaign, Demographic , Geospatial data.
-Experience leading teams using database(SQL Server/Hadoop/ Redshift) ,Visualization Tools (Tableau) , and modeling tools (R).
-Strong ability to communicate statistical/data driven insight to non-quantitative audiences.
-Experience managing both quantitative and technology teams.
-Strong executive presence and client communication skills.
-Experience working in an Innovative and fast paced environment.
-Ability to work across silos/teams.
