Salary: INR 1.8 LPA - INR 3 LPA

(The final CTC will depend upon candidate’s performance in the interview and will be at the company’s discretion)

Course Specialization:Any Graduate/MBA

Job Description & Skill Set Required:
Should have knowledge on eliciting the requirements
-Should be able to organize the requirements
-Should able to translate and simplify the requirements
-Should possess the skills of Requirements management and communication
-Must have knowledge on Requirements analysis
-Should have very good documentation, verbal skills with an ability to write high level & low Level documents.
-Should be strong enough to write Functional specifications, system specifications, software specifications, business requirements & Wire Frames & Prototype documents.
-Should have very good knowledge on team mentoring & management skills.
-Should act as a focal point between company & client with very good interpersonal & communication skills
-Must assist in all types of documentation & work closely with Dev / Testing & Tech-Writing team.
-Should assist in marketing documents like White Papers &RFPs & preparation of business presentations or product presentations / brochures.
-Should have understanding of systems engineering & re-engineering  concepts
-Should be able to prepare business flow diagrams, use cases, data flow diagram using MS Visio & must have very good knowledge on MS office (styling & structuring of the documents).
-Must know modelling techniques & methods
-Basic knowledge on Insurance domain is an additional advantage.
-Basic knowledge on testing techniques for system / functionality validations
-Knowledge on system analysis & ability to find out the gap between legacy system & TO BE system.
-Should maintain traceability on all the requirements right from requirements elicitation to GoLive.
-Must have knowledge on how to write Release Notes for a major/minor release.
-Depending on the timelines, BA must be able to write user manuals.
