Salary:  INR 1.68 LPA – INR 2.4 LPA + Incentives

Courses Required:  Any Graduate

Probation Period: 6 Months

Desired experience: Minimum 4 months experience in any – Sales experience preferred.

Job Description & Skills Required:

- Influencing prospects to make a sale by answering inbound calls on a rotating basis, responding on email and making outbound calls, Cross Selling, Up Selling and advising present or prospective customers on enquiries.

- Generating repeat sales through strong customer relationships by focusing on customers' wants and needs.

- Ability to empathize with the customer& prioritizing customer needs

- Ability to be flexible and creative in dealing with customers. Must represent the company in a positive light at all times; this calls for optimistic people who aren't easily upset and who naturally like working with others.

- Documents transactions by completing record logs.

- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

- Working experience of atleast 4 months in any.
