Job Description:
Candidate will be responsible for following:
- Answer mail or telephone inquiries from vendors regarding rates, routing, or procedures.
- Data Entry into the System
- Coordinating with the suppliers for receiving quotes.
- Compile quotations from various vendors & send the same to superiors
- Support in the purchase order and billing procedures
- Prepare itemized statements, bills, or invoices and record amounts due for items purchased.
- Maintaining records pertaining to costs of materials or the shipment of goods.
- Verify accuracy of billing data and revise any errors.
Skill Set Required:
Candidates must have following skills:
- Communication skills - Good command on English (spoken as well as written) a must for this role
- Comfort with numbers and calculations to enable the person to work on quotations and MIS
- Enterprise resource planning ERP software
- Office suite software - Microsoft Office
