Job Description:
Responsibilities:
-We are seeking an Associate - Data Operations.
-The candidate will help create standardized and reliable data for training machine learning models.
-The job will entail helping collect data, clean data, check for reliability and provide in a standardized format.
-A major part of the job will be setting up pipelines for grading/evaluating the responses of candidates to various questions based on standardized guidelines.
-In this position, candidates shall have the opportunity to work with and be under the mentorship of IITs, MIT (USA), NITs,and alumni of such top colleges.
-Creating evaluation guidelines to grade video, audio, and written content.
-Evaluating large-scalecontent based on evaluation guidelines.
-Creating questions and prompts for various assessments.
-Plan and conduct large-scaledata collection.
-Scripting and maintaining data pipelines.
-Running marketing campaigns for sample collection.
-Run analytics on evaluation grades to ensure reliability, validity, etc.
Skills Required :
-Strong verbal and written communication skills.
-Should be a self-starter and a good team player with a high sense of ownership.
-Ability to work well independently and maintain focus on a topic for prolonged periods of time.
-Should be very meticulous in work.
-Strong technical skills w.r.t Databases, SQL,scripting etc.
-Proficient in at least 1 programming language (preferably python).
