Roles and Responsibilities:
Maintain the business relationship with these partners by ensuring continued business.-
Liaise with the operations/development marketing team to ensure top class servicing of these partners.-
To understand client requirements and propose solutions pertaining to the technology domain area.-
Engaging in pre-sales activities, analysing clients business requirements and recommending appropriate solutions with the ability to build effective relationships.-
Escalation of critical issues in a timely fashion & participating in solution approach.
Formulate conclusions and recommendations to resolve the problem.-
Preparation of analytical reports and inputs for client deliverable.-
Delivers and customize best in class presentations on products & services.-
Assist sales team with estimates, RFPs, solutions, outreach & presentations.-
Develop and own the expansion plan for US/ Canada market.-
Approaches the challenges of the work with creativity and imagination.
