Salary: INR 1.68 LPA to INR 2.16 LPA(The final CTC will be depend upon candidate’s performance in the interview and will be at the company’s discretion)
Training Period: 6 Months
Stipend: 10k - 14k pm
Course Specialization: Any Graduates

Job Description & Skill Set Required:
-To Observe & Learn from the child, his/her thinking process of concepts and helps him learn through the worksheets. KUMON INSTRUCTOR IS A MENTOR NOT A TEACHER.
-To plan the program based on the observation of the child and regularly communicating the same with the parents.
-You will need to assist the students when they make a mistake and observe the student whether he/she improves his/her abilities with every single worksheet and is studying at the right level of understanding, work skills and develops the right learning attitude.
-Support students in enhancing their skills involving Math and English.
-You will be required to communicate promptly, meaningfully and effectively with Parents for feedbacks, other instructors and staff.
-You will need to manage new enquiries and conduct parent orientations, Diagnostic Analysis of the children and communicate the analysis report and ensuring New enrollment.
-During the training period, understand the KUMON Philosophy, principles, worksheets, program levels, Observation skills, Instruction Skills and clear all assessments periodically with the required Speed and accuracy.
-You will be responsible for the abiding by and maintaining the quality of KUMON programs.
