Job Description:

• Advertise our vacant properties across our website, online portals, on Social media channels, etc.
• Establish partnerships with real estate brokers and Relocation companies to find tenants for our properties
• Organize inspections for our vacant properties, and follow up with all interested parties.
• Negotiate and close tenants for the properties.
• Place banners across our vacant villas. 

Skills Required:

• Pleasant personality, confident and well-spoken individual.
• Very well organized
• Excellent written and spoken communication. Ability to communicate well in English
• Dedicated and hardworking individual with a passion and commitment to succeed, and attention to detail.
• Comfortable with email, and online property classified sites.
• Experience with Real estate will be an added plus
• Knowledge of Kannada important
