-Initiate telephone calls to insurance companies requesting status of claim in queue & take end action.
-To do analysis of claims and take proper action.
-Should be able to handle calls to and from physician, patients and hospital staff.
-Manage AR accounts by ensuring accurate and timely follow-up.
-Knowledge on Denial management.
-Resolve billing issues that have resulted in delay in payment.
-Meet Quality and productivity standards.
-Should be willing to join immediately.
-Quick and eager to learn and mould accordingly to the process needs
-Good voice and demonstrate professional demeanor on calls.
-Candidate with an experience of US Healthcare Insurance calling.
-Willing to work in Night shift.
-5 days a week
