Job Description and Skill Set Required :-

-They are looking for Android Developers who will be responsible for the development and maintenance of applications aimed at a vast number of diverse Android devices.
-Your primary focus will be the development of Android applications and their integration with back-end services.
-The selected candidate will work on technically challenging projects related to Mobile Application Development.
-Translate designs and wireframes into high quality code.
-Ensure the best possible performance, quality and responsiveness of the application.
-Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs, as and when required.
-Strong knowledge of Android SDK, different versions of Android, and how to deal with different screen sizes.
-Familiarity with Restful APIs to connect Android applications to back-end services.
-Strong knowledge of Android UI design principles, patterns, and best practices.
-Experience with offline storage, threading, and performance tuning.
-Ability to design applications around natural user interfaces, such as “touch”.
-Familiarity with cloud message APIs and push notifications.
-Understanding of Google’s Android design principles and interface guidelines.
-Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as GIT.
-Strong OOP design and programming skills in Java (J2EE/ J2ME).
-Experience in Software Development with strong Java or C++ background.
-Experience working with HTML5, CSS, REST API, JavaScript and other front-end technologies.
-Familiarity with Eclipse, Android Automation and Unit Testing Frameworks.
-Knowledge of SQLite, MySQL or similar database management system.
-Excellent oral and written communication skills.
-Quick learner and Adaptable.
-Must be self-confident to work in a Team and to handle the responsibilities individually as well.
-Ability to multi-task and work under pressure in an unstructured environment.
-Strong sense of ownership and responsibility for code quality that follows best practices.
-Good logical thinking and analytical skills.
-Self-motivated and passionate about technology as well as enjoy solving complex technical issues or problems.
