Inspite of this, churn (aka uninstall) rate is quite high especially during first few days of app install. Job Description:  
- Built & published atleast 2 apps to playstore
- Github link with atleast 2 repos to show your code
- Stackoverflow reputation of atleast 200
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
- Loads & loads of positive energy

Skill Set Required:  
- 1-2 years of experience in Android app development
- Expert knowledge on Android views, layouts, activities, fragments, services, notifications, class hierarchies, accessibility services, SQLite & canvas 2D APIs/concepts
- Strong knowledge on data structures, design patterns & algorithms
- Excellent knowledge of Java Technology Stack, Mobile Development and Android eco-system
- Exposure to HTTP, REST, Websockets & Caching(Android)
- Familiarity or good understand of building SDK for mobile apps
- Android Geek with strong passion to build solutions that can directly affect millions of users
- Stay ahead of the curve in mobile innovation
- Good analytical and troubleshooting skills
