Job Profile: Account Coordinator

Job location: Makati or Alabang
Note: Only Philippine candidates must apply.

Desired Experience: 0-1 Years

Course Specialization: Any Graduate

Target Batch Passout: 2016/2017

Salary: PHP 15,000/- to 30,000/- Per Month(Depending upon candidate's experience and performance in the interview)

Tentative date of interview: Will be communicated post registration window is closed.

Job Description and Skill Set Required :-

-Being an Account Coordinator gives you the best opportunity to learn about and make a real impact on the Ad Tech space from the ground level, working alongside some true industry leaders.
-The AC is valuable to agency account managers, being responsible for the tactical aspects of campaign management, from campaign preparation to monitoring campaign performance post-launch.
-The ideal AC candidate is organized and able to multi-task, provides outstanding customer service, and learns new tools and technologies quickly.
-You will be trained in: The digital advertising industry, Digital media planning, Management and QA of display creatives, Ad trafficking and Campaign reporting and analysis.
-Responsibilities: Support the client's account management team in all daily activities, including client requests/campaign management, campaign reporting/analysis, creative builds, etc.
-Collaborate with the client's Account Manager in all day-to-day client communication and campaign management.
-Monitor campaign delivery and manage daily/weekly status checks on all live campaigns.
-Generate detailed campaign reporting for clients and senior team members, including post campaign wrap up reports.
-Investigate discrepancy requests with the client/publishers.
-Perform diligent and detail-oriented QA for most if not all customer deliverables.
-Desired Skills & Experience: Job seekers from BPOs and other industries with prior experience are encouraged to apply. Familiarity with digital advertising is not a requirement, but the ability to communicate well in English is.
-Strong written and verbal English.
-Data management and analysis with MS Excel and knowledge of other MS Office applications.
-Experience in customer support/client services.
-Project or team management experience a plus.
-Has great attention to detail, independent, and highly analytical.
-Willing to work any shift.
