Aspiring Minds launches Operations module for MBA candidates. The module on Operations has been designed to assess MBA students on their understanding of basic concepts involved in Operations Management. The test checks on the analytical concepts, utility of various management tools & techniques used and the decision making involved in the various steps of the supply chain. The syllabus covered in this module can be broadly divided into three topics: Planning & Development, Supply Chain Management and Quality Management.

The test covers a mix of different question types of various difficulty levels. The module attempts to check candidates on their theoretical knowledge, concepts understanding, numerical problem solving and graph/chart interpretation.The assessment feedback can help in selection of a potential successful candidate for the operations role and thus can act as an interview aid during the selection process.
