Aspiring Minds Launches HR Analytics Challenge

Aspiring Minds recently launched the HR Analytics Challenge, a competition for management students across the world. A first of its kind, the competition poses problems faced in talent acquisition in emerging markets, which include talent availability mismatches, information asymmetry and geographical constraints. It is an effort from Aspiring Minds at posing one of the most glaring real world problems to the young managers.

The competition will be judged by an esteemed panel of judges that includes Mr Elango R, Chief Human Resources Officer, Mphasis; Mr N.S.Parthasarthy, Co-founder, COO & President, Mindtree Limited; Mr Piyush Mehta, Senior Vice President, Genpact and Mr Srikantan Moorthy, Senior Vice President and Group Head, Infosys. Prof Tarun Khanna (Harvard Business School, USA) has graciously agreed to be the judges’ moderator.

There is a total of INR 150,000 up for grabs for the winning teams.

In just a week of its launch, the competition has already attracted participation from eminent schools both in India as well as across the globe including Harvard, IIMs, XLRI, FMS and MDI.
