Aspiring Minds Hosts Breakfast Roundtable

Aspiring Minds hosted Breakfast Round Table around the theme "Talent Analytics for Recruitment Effectiveness" at Leela Kempinski, Gurgaon. The Round Table was held in collaboration with People Matters. The spread of the buffet set the tone for the wide spread of views exchanged. The Round Table which had participation by invitation only saw representation from some of the largest companies in ITeS space, viz Genpact, WNS, Bank of America etc. The discussion focused on the role of talent analytics for more effective recruitment.

Few important questions raised and discussed were – How does one balance objectivity and subjectivity in the recruitment process? How do companies measure ROI on their talent acquisition models? The participants shared best practices and insights from their own companies, thus making the discussion quite interesting for fellow participants. The Round Table was concluded by a short presentation by Varun Aggarwal, Co-founder & Director, Aspiring Minds. The presentation talked about how smart talent analytics can be high-point for performance-hiring, and had case studies of few companies whom Aspiring Minds helped achieve the same. The success of this Round Table has resulted into more such events being organized by Aspiring Minds in Mumbai and Bangalore in the coming weeks.
