AMCAT Assessed Database of 2012 Engineering Graduates Crosses 100,000

Continuing its assessment drive of 2012 engineering graduates, Aspiring Minds in the last 4 months has assessed over 65,000 engineering candidates passing out in 2012 with AMCAT. This database of candidates is available for immediate hiring. This database has over 23,500 candidates employable for the IT services industry.

The candidates span across multiple states in India covering tier I, tier II and tier III campuses. These candidates are assessed on English, Quantitative Ability, Logical Ability and Computer Programming modules. Another 50,000 2012-batch engineering graduates will be assessed over next 6 weeks.

The qualified database of candidates with their AMCAT scores and demographic details is available to companies for their entry level recruitment. The companies get to view only the candidates that clear their hiring benchmarks for the specific profiles on offer. These pre- assessed candidates are accessible, identifiable and are mapped to the right job profiles in different companies. Several leading IT Product and Services companies are already hiring from the 2012 database of Aspiring Minds.
